More for less these Wm big wigs and regionals and mrkt mngrs needs to come run these stores with the amount payroll these stores are getting
Does Wal-Mart ever admit they made a mistake and correct it. Maybe by rehiring some of the employee they may have let go for unknown reasons.

They should be investing in some customer service at their stores instead of the new palace they building like they need a gym in there offices ? They need to get off their lazy a-- and do some freakin work instead of pencil push when they don't no what Kaos they are causing in these stores
They are paying for it by cutting the workforce in the stores and making all the remaining associates do the jobs of 3 people each.
