actually, hcl does monitor this board. too bad they did not spend this time trying to get the paychecks correct or replacing people who have left months ago in the cores. lord knows they cannot walk and chew gum at the same time

Took well over 3 weeks to get the correct vacation payout and the remaining time that was missed from my actual paycheck. Once i mentioned filing a claim with the State Department of Labor, it managed to speed the process up. I’m not the only one from my core with payroll issues. It’s bogus and such an inconvenience that it’s even an issue. Check your pay stubs ... check your hours. If you leave, take screen shots or photos of everything pay/time wise. Cover your base. Report them to your State Department of Labor.

they are screwing people out of vacation pay that has been rightfully accrued when they leave for better jobs. so if you look down and see a 15 day balance as of today and resign on Friday, don't expect to get paid out on that.

We have told HCL the issues and we either get no response or they respond 2 weeks later with a response that they will get back to us. Than no follow up. Rumela and Divya are useless! These are our monies rightfully owed to us. Whatever agreement you have between you and Xerox is not our problem. Pay us what we are owed!
Retain an attorney. The lack of response shown by HCL on ALL matters will no doubt creep into this realm as well. They can't even get around to hiring replacements for staff level employees who have departed MONTHS AGO.
