Are other insurance companies checking out this website? Maybe it's time to jump ship

The only reason competitors might benefit from visiting this site is to glean some of the proprietary information that has been dumped here on rare occasion, but they would really have to be paying attention, since 80% of the threads here are started by the site owner to drive traffic, and most of the conversation is pointless and futile.
I suppose a careful study might reveal a list of "what not to do" if you're an insurance company executive, since many of the high level executive failures are explained on this site in various posts, but why bother? It's hard to imagine another insurance company could make such poor decisions even if they tried.
Jrhi? Did you bother to proof read your post? Doesn’t make much sense. Hope you’re an ex SF employee.
Other carriers don’t need to check out this site. They are very aware of State Farm’s toxic environment and how badly employees treated,
There was a lot of ex SF talent forced out due to ageism as a result the Section Manager reorganization.... These folks are now with other large insurance carriers.
The public has also heard of the awful working conditions which I discovered during a routine medical exam
treatment... .. (he moved his insurance with another carrier)
For what purpose? To see that a State Farm has whiners just like they do? Check the Allstate or AmFam sections. Same conversations.
"Dumpster fire" is actually an excellent way to describe this site
Why would they. Nothing to learn from here, just one big dumpster fire.
Nope, none of them are. Maybe you should tell them they ought to?
