I have been with the company 20+ years and it makes me sick we still have people that are abusive to our employees. A senior director told an employee he is sick of her using cancer as an excuse. EXCUSE ME? He swears and slams doors on his employees and they are all to scared to report him because he is buddies with the HR guy. Disgusting this still happens

Too bad the speak up line is not really confidential. Used it one time and it started a witch hunt trying to find who “complained”. Someone even read from my complaint during a meeting. Complete BS. Never again ! I really want out of here.
