This is starting to take its toll on me seeing my coworkers leave every week. HCL has people in my office learning everyone's jobs and it's just a matter of time until my coworkers are let go. I wasn't rebadged but I tell myself everyday that I must leave. I can't work for a company that doesn't value its employees.

I feel your pain, we have HCL at our core, well they are really Xerox direct people badged to HCL being forced to come learn jobs of which they are clearly not qualified for, and with little to no knowledge will go back to guatemala to train others, it will be a sh-- show, it's borderline comical that Xerox entrusted a third world country with their business, I have decided to put my resume up today and get out, I no longer care about the bonus, I just want this overwith and get on with my career, I will head into NY city to job hunt
