If ur currently on the bottom of a roster it doesn’t matter if u work ur butt off or not the already have a magical number of how many of each craft st each shop they need to make the PSR get rich quick plan to work. The whole come to work do my job worked fine until this. Now it’s all about number. How can we go the minimum work with the least amount of people and still make profit and if they are meeting that goal at your shop that just means they will take another layer of workers away and see if they can still make numbers and once they can’t do the stop. Share holders sell out and we wait to be bought.

Places like rls, scx, Bellevue are not in the route network to be able to get work there so starting Monday layoffs will begin and their purpose is going to redefined. Which means less people to do back shop work. This is according to higher ranking personnel.
