My team was informed today that our Core's 2019 vacation guidelines will NOT be honored by HCL even though HCL stated they would be through 2020 back when all this was announced in March. It was explained that when HCL signed the contract with XRX earlier this spring they were under the impression that all the Cores followed XRX's vacation guidelines. They were NOT aware that the each Core had their own guidelines. Of course HCL's answer to this problem is to stick it to my Core by adjusting everyone's vacation time to meet XRX's vacation guidelines NOW instead of waiting until 2020. Excuse me???? Unfortunately, some of those on my team who were eligible for 4 weeks of vacation based on our Core's guidelines are now losing a week because their years of service don't meet XRX's guidelines to receive this amount.

HCL was in error with what they verbally said but per your signed agreement it does say Xerox policy...
FYI, we Did not gain 6 floaters as must use half on xerox holidays not on hcl as holiday, like july 5th, november 29th and december 24th
well HCL can go s--- it!!
I get 4 weeks ana already put in for most of my time and it was approved
seems like HCL didn't do their due diligence on a lot of things
I know that starting 2020 they would not be honoring core policy
You gained 6 floating holidays and 5 sick days with your vacation time provided by HCL.
11 days outside the vacation time. Sounds like the week they lost really isn’t lost.
That s---s!
