On a scale of 1 to 10?
I'd personally gave it a 3, and only because of a few good people I work with. Otherwise it would be a 1. At least for the last several years.
How about everybody else?

2 (the positives are the vacation days + benefits), everything else has gone south (or East). ;)
Don't waste your time rating here, do it on Glassdoor, give Pepsico 1 star, 2 stars, ever how many you think they deserve and say what you think based on your experience. The reviews drive their overall Glassdoor rating, and more people, potential job seekers etc see Glassdoor than they do this board. There are some good accurate truthful reviews there recently highlighting some of the issues. Set up an account and leave an honest accurate review, it's all anonymous.
I'm in I/T. That bullseye on my back makes it a solid 2.

I rate mine a 2. No one is working as hard as they should and that causes my work to get delayed while I wait on others. Seems like everyone is just waiting for February hoping they get caught up in the next round.
