I know a lot of people are not happy at Mattel, but they stay. So what would be the final straw for you?

Who even cares anymore? We're all like the walking dead. Makes for a very sick place to work. Look up other brands and businesses on Layoff.com and see when the last post was. Months? Years? Says something about the culture we've been living in for way too long.
Why would I quit when I can walk away with severance?
