For me, it's the feeling of sublime satisfaction that I get from bettering people's lives and energizing the world.

I agree with @ZXUKpHb-iqtr. If it’s so terrible, why don’t they go get another job. Unless maybe they are the ones who can’t get hired anywhere else!
it keeps me motivated to understand that lay off are coming soon, and I'll be getting a fat severance!
more like battering peoples lives...
@ZXUKpHb-iqtr simple sentiment from a simple minded person.
The only people left at Noble are people who can’t get hired anywhere else. That’s why they stay even tho they hate working there.
If people are so unhappy at Noble and the company is so unethical then why are they still working there? The market seems very good these days and they should go somewhere else to avoid working in the terrible conditions they constantly complain about.
Noble’s operating performance alone (financial) should be considered a felony. They continue to steal from their shareholders with this incompetent and inept management team.
Noble needs to drop "ethical by design" before people start naming sins committed/encouraged by management. I could name three felonies - questioned one with a vp and reported a second to management. Nothing happened. Other people could name far more.
For me me it’s “ethical by design”.
This from a company being investigated by the EEOC for age discrimination. Hilarious 😂
it is nice to hear a genuine, authentic, and positive message posted on this website for a change. "better people's lives" is a "noble" mission!
