He's a chimp.
They never hire replacements regardless of losing people. All they want is part timers but no one wants to work at Lowes so now they are hiring criminals, people who have gotten fired from numerous jobs in the past (including Lowes or Home Depot), people who lied on their applications and got caught but still got hired, lazy people who just do not care. The name will need to be changed to Losers instead of Lowes.
