Travel freeze is on so this may be a sign of something to come.
22% decline in server sales last quarter. Yes. There will be layoffs in the US.
Any news on the fall layoffs?
Strong growth in PCs (15% YoY) but the 22% decline in Servers is hard to justify, especially when telling investors the focus is on premium-to-market growth in server. Hoping there are no layoffs this time but with that performance would not be surprised.
Any updates on this? Things have been "eerily" quiet lately.
What are the betting odds? October 10th?
October 31st?
Winter is coming!
Layoffs ARE coming.
Execs are paid to talk the company up.
The only streak that will continue is the streak of layoffs that average twice a year now.
Execs still selling us on the idea that the "streak" continues. At the same time, something does not feel right lately.
Tariffs have to be paid when system enters the US and before the final sale is realized. Do you think Lenovo is going to ship extra systems?
That doesn't seem accurate. If Lenovo shipped too many units then why are there MASSIVE delays in fulfillment. Seems like if units were in stock, orders would be fulfilled faster.
Bad. Lenovo shipped extra systems pre tarrif to fill supply chain. Now inventory is too high.
Shocking in a bad way or in a good way?
