Whether or not SF leadership can't see beyond, it is important for all those who make it happen and keep the promises to remember to practice "excess happiness" as Patch would say. Don't let that business control your happiness and take your health as it has done to many now and before you.

Great advice. I worked there 18 years and feel exactly the same way. My new company treats me with so much respect and I honestly forgot what that felt like. I really hope State Farm gets back to the company it once was.
Amen, that is why I left. For better health and happiness. Best thing I ever done was to leave this company. I was employed for over 25 years and would never, ever recommend any to work for the Farm other to get some training and then leave. That would be last resort though.
