It went below a dollar on the 24th of June. It closed at 97 cents a share today. It doesn't matter what the value is below a dollar it keeps trading below a dollar for 30 days it gets delisted.

BTW, stocks can be below $1 for a long time before being delisted. Dean can do a reverse stock split or just explain its plan with the SEC. Working with the banks was a big part of the needed plan.
Was a plant Bei g listed on the collateral list good or bad. I work at one.
Hopefully plants not on collateral list get sold so we can move on from deans and prosper while the other plants go down with the titanic. No good can come from being left behind. Sorry to bid deans farewell well !!
Well this new deal to get more credit did its job. The stock is back above the dollar. Let's see how long it last after Dean releases it numbers for the 2nd quarter.
