Refinancing complete

About 900 something million at hand for operation

Looks like no bankruptcy in the near future unless the cows go on strike or no more babies are born.

LeMars, IA demographics:

The median income for a household in the city was $38,892. Males had a median income of $35,936 versus $21,757 for females. The per capita income for the city was $19,598.

So basically anybody who lives in LeMars makes about 25K less than the national average...

$20/hr is $40K per year...well below the mean wage for a worker across the United States @ $55K per year.

Quit trolling!

Someone has a hard on for the LeMars plant. I'm guessing they got fired from there or something. Either way it's really annoying. We have real problems company wide and this one loser turns everything around to one plant. Either cost if living just be really low, or they must not get paid much in that part of the country if they think $20/hr is a high wage.

Dean Foods Le Mars will make up for it. They already brag they are the most “profitable” plant in the whole company. Yet. The employee all make over $20 an hour. And they still can’t get anyone with an education in the door. The vets are so burned out that they are quitting in droves.

I see that they had to put up 16 facilities as collateral. I laughed when they said they were worth 450 million! This is one way to unload dilapidated dumps that no real company would buy in a million years. Now, Ralphie can get some spending money for him and his pals, while Rome burns. Probably remodel their offices in the Dallas Palace. Not to mention the stock will probably go up a few cents and he can put all that in his pocket too. What is the company debt now? They already were 900 million in debt AFAIK. They lose money every quarter- how can they pay this back?!??!?!

Its not 900 million. Its 265 million in credit. So it can go deeper into debt.
