They are nothing but "order takers" that sell stuff we don't have day in and day out. And yes they do phone sales. God forbid if ask them what you need to build anything. They don't hava any idea
Pro sales associate:aka loader,cashier,department coverer,delivery puller. Sounds like lowes pro.we are all in the same boat just different colors!blue or orange same sh1t different pile!
What pro desk ? There is no pro desk in the stores now !
There are Pro associates at the pro desk who should be able to answer questions, put orders through the bid room for better deals, etc.
