No one will file a class action lawsuit.
Everyone thinks that "somebody else" should.
GM is hiring because people that didn't get canned are dropping like flies for other companies.
Class action coming.
In Chandler, they laid off a whole bunch of new hires only to start recruiting back the same people weeks after the layoffs. But Feb 4th had nothing to do with age..

Unfortunately, GM was the only company with MI jobs. Also it’s interesting to note that there were only 2 or 3 GM jobs in EVs and autonomous—the growth areas that Mary B justified for the mass layoffs. You can see this better on the GM job site where they break out jobs by those categories.
