Hope I get picked. Want to take sevrrence and never look back and mo–nic place this has become. Really sad state of affairs.
Completely clueless leadership
pick me
And they are hiring back people they just forced out at the administrative level. It is absolutely the worst morale I have ever see.
I'm one of those hanging on to this nightmare for a severance. I feel like a dying man in the desert. There really is no hope.
Where do we sign up for a package?
Keep in mind, Ramon committed to $1B in annual savings. I’d say something is on the horizon. Just not sure how big it will be. A previous post appropriately points out that we as a company are exhausted from all of the lay-off activities of the past. Some leaders care and others only see the benefit to them. More layoffs will happen; only time will tell how significant the next round will be. Stay strong folks. I continue to pray for the best but plan fore the worst.
I don’t think so. The business is getting tired of trying to navigate through the business incompetence of offshore support. Papa Smurf is growing more nervous. Pepsi has cancelled orders with Omar the parachute maker. Interesting dynamic is brewing and leadership is split. One side in favor of staying the course to inflate stock price, other side wants to take the foot off the gas and take some time to heal the wounds. This is gonna get interesting. The obvious solution right now is to dump the beverage business. If that happens, all of you staying on this nightmare ride for a severance may be in for a nasty surprise. The Beverage business is boat anchor, time to cut it loose.
Sooner than you think.
