Union Pacific doesn’t care about anything, anyone, is all about money , we have to work with poor quality equipment, and very bad conditions, Union Pacific doesn’t want to fix anything, if it brakes they try to blame you for it , making threats, it is depressing and humiliating how we do our jobs today ! Watching over our shoulder !

Why would you continue to voluntarily work for a company with very bad conditions?.....yeah that’s what I thought.
To my knowledge employment at UP is a choice. I don’t believe they draft people. If anyone leaves they will not be arrested or forced to come back. It’s probably not going to change. Hopefully all of those that dislike UP will find something that makes them happier.
