Anyone had a call with MHWD today? What's the scoop...

Anyone know what the parameters were on the program? Age, length of service, pay, how much pto, how much we used our insurance, this will have to surface at some point.
Our MHWD has been on "PTO" for the last week an a half.
Conference call from HMWD:

Pharmacies are losing 10-20 hrs for pharmacist and techs

Even if you are a high script score outpacing company plan profit, you are still affected

Staff pharmacist that not displaced are offered lower base salary hours and have to float for more

Lunch breaks 1:30pm-2pm are going to be implemented at ALL stores except 1% of stores for various reasons.

HMWD, PCSM, RXM, staff RPH and techs are all affected by displacement.

Was just told I had to meet with HWMD tommorow but they wouldn’t disclose why, only said there were some changes they needed to speak to me about, guess I’m getting the axe
Our weekly conference call ended this morning with "there will be a managers only phone call later in the week".

We havent heard from the MHWD - on @giw comment below - this is very similar to last year, 3rd party
Noted: the company partnered with a 3rd party consultant who made the decisions on who was cut (I honestly think they are afraid that they will be sued for age discrimination so they went with a 3rd party provider or consultant or whatever they are called)
