Got a call from my mgr yesterday and since I was off yesterday let it go to vm.
He said we are expected to cut 40 RPh hours per 2 wks.
He and I are the only 2 regular pharmacists.
And work on a new template. And close everyday from 1:30-2.
He gave me no other details, but I expect it to be something like 12 hr solo shifts going forward...Or very close to it.
We were running 8 hr shifts with 3.5 hrs overlap each day except weekends.
