As long as FTR management fails to reward and recognize those who have talent and do their job well, while rewarding those who can't and only say "yes" and "agree with everything management says regardless of it being right or mostly wrong, then the problems will continue. That includes putting people in positions of which they are not qualified to do nor can they do the job. And when management actually tries to do their job and hold employees accountable for their actions or misactions the Union runs in and save the employees who don't know and can't do their job. It's a 3 ring circus with no one in the right ring. It's only going to get worse unless the new CEO grows a pair and starts cleaning house from the bottom up, and the top down. Doesn't do any good to keep a manager that failed in one department only to put them in charge of another one. Yes I was FTR employee for over 20 years, I just left as I saw the writing on the wall and landed myself a nice job before the rush
Wv emplyees are nothing but lazy
Out for free money .The techs themselves want nothing but wite thrus .Assignment centers pill heads and lazy. And it is is cover up after cover. They are useless . Clean house.
