Has anyone looked into appendix M in their contracts. IBEW has it and if we all fight as one maybe we can get back our rights that we pay for

Then why are we paying them???
I’m a Carman that was affected by the closing of Macedonia car shop. Transferred to Bellevue as a laborer until a spot opened back up in the car department. We are being made whole as carman for for the money we lost taking the pay cut. In my opinion I’d take the buyout if it’s offered.
The IBEW filed a 70+ page grievance under this appendix. Time for other crafts to follow suit.
