For the past 3 years of harassment from management and getting treated like rubbish here in Schenectady. After all these people who got pink slips because of corporate greed and mismanagement. I agree with the other posts. The time is now to strike. Of course our union will soft sell this contract they are 1st tier pay wage members.

GE aviation is a far more profitable than business than momentive Will ever be use your brain
Momentive went out on Strike and got a worse deal than what was originally offered. The members lost so much money they will never make it back up. Keep working under the current contract and see what happens. Miss a few 2nd qtr shipments or monthly shipments and see if anything changes??
