Not sure if this has been mentioned here as the news is a few weeks old, but the former ESSA VP is moving to a CEO role at RB - https://www.ft.com/content/2046674e-8c85-11e9-a1c1-51bf8f989972. Ok - moving into a CEO role is not an every day thing, so good on him. But the flip side: even a senior exec wants out of PEP!
