they dont care about loyalty, cheap expendable staff , they will be gone in a year or 2 themselves.

The thing is Xerox management doesn’t care. All that matters is what the stock price will be in the next 12 minutes and of course their bonuses. They’d sell their own mothers if it meant getting a higher bonus. It’s really sad what they’ve done to this once great company.

Our Core president is a former VP and only sees the things through a revenue perspective. Every non-sales position is a mere afterthought to him.

Absolutely true. The majority of the Xerox VPs are either narcissists or have the 'we fooled them again' attitude, looking to hide and keep drawing their bonuses. Not one is a leader by any definition.

And the worst part is they call the shots on direction and who is of value with no checks and balance in place. (Seen too much MBA - management by avoidance, and targeting good workers who they dont like or can do their job as non-VPs. They are all about THEIR title).

That said the top heavy structure Xerox continues to carry will be their downfall.
