I am disturbed by what i hear about former svp now retired that warned her claim rep sister about upcoming transitions so she could maximize her options.
I wasnt given a heads up and retired before any transition announced. Remedies?

Hmmm. You must be a troll to stand up for the unfairness of this. In the know people who watch out for their own while others leave literally thousands on the table because they didn't have inside info.
This is a conflict of interest, at minimum. It is not ethical.
And we think Washington DC is bad ---- SF makes them look like a class act!
Doubtful that you could recoup anything. 1) It is hearsay
2) SF is not a publicly traded stock, so no secuities violation
We are hearing there will be a larger 401k match, salary range ceilings will be increased, raises will be larger among other things. This has kept several employees who otherwuse would have quit. Lot of excitement for 2020

What remedy are you looking for? What actual proof do you have this occurred that will stand up in court? Moinge on with your life is the best remedy for you
If you were in a position to help your family, wouldn’t you have done so? And without apologizing for it or seeking “remedies”?
