For over 25 years I heard a constant preaching of integrity, loyalty and leadership commitment from every corner of the PepsiCo organization. All I heard was how committed the leadership was to making sure fairness and equity was the core driver of everyone’s agenda. In fact, we were also referred to as the Pepsi “family”. After being terminated it seems I am now an outcast. Pepsi continues to boast about job openings and growth but frowns upon re- hiring those who were most loyal to them. Even after termination getting any sense of compassion and support is a struggle. I think a lot a negative comments on this site are warranted. So sad to think the faith and trust I had In this company for so many years turned out to be false promises.

sorry to say but i find it strange that only after 25 years and a lay-off , you understand that these Pepsico values and purposes were only a marketing tool for HR - people . I can't believe you have never experienced before how ungratefull and dishonest PDR and other ratings were at Pepsico. How politically incorrect management was and is at Pepsico. If there is a hell , i m sure there is a special place for Pepsico management.
The sad truth is, corporations only care about shareholders; everyone else is disposable.
