don't worry about some low level IT guy or marketing person making 60 or 70k. worry about the dude not doing squat making 20 million. you're fighting the wrong battle buddy.
UPC got hit hard in February of this year, and they'll probably get hit again. Most of the people who work for UP aren't in Omaha anyway. They're spread out over the various service units west of the Mississippi River.
The retention of expensive and redundant upper management positions can be attributed to UP's characteristic nepotism and bureaucracy.
