A human trait of ignorance. The inability to recognize the boundaries of one's knowledge combined with the inability to effectively collaborate with those who hold knowledge outside of one's boundaries. A dangerous trait when in conjunction with an everyearning thirst for power.

He is running this company like one tgat wants to make profit not like one where the long term employees can slack off and collect a check for doing nothing. The old timers will complain but they won't lwave because no othet company will take them

"The inability to recognize the boundaries of one's knowledge"--sounds like most of the people who post topics on this site that are pure speculation at best, and made up BS most of the time. Seldom is there any ACTUAL information involved.
