why are 5 executives needed for such a small number of employees? Oh that’s right...they take care of each other and can work less and lead less people than some directors. Must be nice to make the decisions.

Maybe Aaron Rodgers could make a commercial about how great SF is. That would turn things around, for sure.

Now is the time to clean the upper level executives out on all department. I think they are

Scrambling around trying to look busy.

What a waste at that level.

Official “transition plan”. Same deal as other departments went through. Herded us into a room. All scripted. No Q&A.

Reduction of 17 MGs.

Reduction of 22 RA4s.

Increase of 28 RA3s.

All future Marketing will be located at Corporate. Those located in hubs are safe to stay. For now. If they choose to.

Those not in hubs, but located near hubs, have the option to relocate to a hub. For now. If they choose to.

The “form” to decide what you want to do with your future came out today (only for those impacted). Check a box: Stay. Go. Take a demotion. Jump off the 4th floor.

You have until Monday to turn in the form. No interviews. Leadership will make all the decisions on future job placements.

QTD Oct 31, 2019.

Very interesting that the current to future staffing changes at the Executive and MG6 level remain untouched. So those making the decisions felt that their value to the company is so big that they must all remain in their high salaried jobs, while, those of us who have given years to the company and are close to retirement (years shy of 55), must take a demotion. Not sending a good message, Marketing Leadership.

"Maybe it is to announce the additional 401k contributions and other benefit improvements."

Is this sarcasm? lol

None of the executives will have actual facts, either. Still won't stop them from ruining lives, though.

No, nobody here will have any actual facts. But that won't stop them from pretending they do.
