Who cares at this point. I can go home for 4 hours at a time and management doesnt even care to ask why. Its obvious it's over for l3 employees. Good luck everyone!!

Synergies means layoffs. The word synergies is widely used by commercial companies which is a substitute word for layoffs.

How about this part:

Does that mean the further you are from being a C4ISR powerhouse, the more likely you are to be 'divested?'
