Left by choice 2 years ago. The $ was good and there was no threat to my job, but my health and sanity were suffering. I can’t work somewhere when logic doesn’t apply. All the good people were gone. Much happier now. I’m very grateful for the good times at NetApp, but unfortunately those days are long gone. The job market is great right now. Take the leap. You won’t regret it.
Unfortunately I feel the same way as @YQzWhtI-jdoz and I believe many more people share those feelings
I resigned today and damn did it feel good. Toxic company. Only fools would go to work for them. Dave H. should be ashamed. Mendoza is a douche canoe and should be sued to death.

I agree about the above. I've been with NetApp a while and when hired I asked about strategy. There is none that brings all organizations together.
The sales leadership encourage their team to leverage partners for services. Now they're engaging external consultancy (E which will be the end of the services organization(s) at NetApp.
Tom and other services leadership have provided great leadership to arrive at these cross roads. At the end of the day, these leaders that failed to define strategy for services will be the ones who survive while the rank and file will hit the street.
What I can’t tolerate is a company who keeps leadership like Tom Schroeder in place. That guy has screwed all of PS since the day he joined such as rescinding RSUs and nullifying commission. He makes decisions to onboard partners to the detriment of the firm. Case in point with Data Dynamics. I’m sure he made a kickback for that decision and many others. Time for him to go.
Couldn’t agree more. I double dipped for two years while wading through multiple managers who only looked out for themselves. NetApp is a joke. They are cooking the books and anyone in sales knows it. It’s all a shell game with Kurious George.
