Yes, more layoffs are coming in Q3. You can choose to put your blinders on and pretend that will have a job by end of year or you can choose to be proactive and start getting your resume ready.
No one really cares which way you go on this. But don't act shocked and surprised if they tap you on the shoulder in a few months.

As long as Mott is the head of IT, you can count on 1-3 a these a year. Certainly not as large as the one in Feb but when that is how you did business at previous companies, why would he change his business MO after one round??
