In all of my years at the company I’ve never seen people more depressed , scared, stressed out. .Did they really have to make us go through all of this waiting before they do the cuts. Morale is tough to restore and with this sick atmosphere, I'm afraid to say, they’ve made people depressed up to a point there they can’t work properly.

Morale will drop further when they have Irving pd perp walk everyone out on Tuesday...
I heard that nobody knows what they’re talking about.
I heard early next week in lco
I heard the Midland Corporate Office will be notifying employees on 5/21. Wouldn't that mean that LCO will be notified then also? If that is the case, it won't be long now.
You believe the morale is low now? Wait till after the layoffs are completed.
Wait until after the layoffs are completed to say morale is at its lowest.
Best reality posted yet.
The beatings will continue until morale improves.
Fritos and coffee machines should do it!
@bms: Sounds like bringing Fritos back would do it for a lot of people
I think this will be over soon, but the damage to morale is done. I wonder what the plan is to fix that.
I agree. As a person who has gone through a massive company lay-off before it’s not as easy as some may think to get a job right after especially if you’re in a very specific area.
