Managers were supposed to talk with employees about hourly employee wage updates but haven’t done so yet. Any insight as to what they are?

THey have been posted. Go on workday and go to your profile in up right corner. They are under compensation and I believe you have to a tab called documents which shows your new pay chart. Hope this helps.
