Run far far far away from this nightmare. ..HR is a total complete joke...good luck trying to communicate with anyone with any common sense ....if you want to be treated like dirt from middle management because they didnt do their job...but get reamed for not doing"million dollar sales" for minimum wage. ...than Acosta is the company for you

Took advantage of their workers, lowered pay and work hours, never gave raises, laid off people left and right with no explanation. Lost their bid to HEB to SAS, uprooted their employees to that company. Then SAS knew these workers desperately needed their jobs and treated them just as bad. They paid some of them better, but regardless of this, people jumped that ship quickly. Then, come to find out Acosta was bankrupt and started sending past and present employees bankruptcy notifications about that out of the blue, because of gross mismanagement of company. They paid CEOs bonuses, and cut out pay for workers. Long time workers, who never received raises, but bonuses for CEOs. Acosta dosen't care about their emploees. Must be doing poorly again because still no raises and many rounds of layoffs are happening again....and during the covid pandemic when they promised paid time off if an essential caught it. Heartless.

Yes they expect a low paid merchandiser to do all the selling. No raise, no bonuses no nothing. Then you get in excess of 15 emails a day...reminder you need to sell this survey or you need to be making bigger displays. They're the worst
