We all hear about the metrics, stock turns, days in work and tons more.
Why is it that our stock is way down and has been since 2008 except a few short spikes that fell almost immediately. We have built so many multi million dollar facilities globally to only mothball them or sell them for pennies on the dollar.
Where is the accountability at the top? This is job dereliction at it's finest folks and we have to sit in and hear the propaganda from these fools as we get b--ch slapped.
Yea...I am bitter...it's costing me decent pay increases, benefits and retirement because they can't or wont be bothered to work at it. God forbid any of them spend more than 30 hours actually working.
and we wont and don't want to hear about the late nights and weekends spent analyzing metrics...your supposed to do that and more and come up with a plan that makes lots of income.
