I think the RIFs are going on throughout May. My boss told me he was being pushed for a full 30% reduction in his labor costs for FY20. Then he scheduled an early Friday meeting with me for thirty minutes, which is when I expect to be laid off. I just hope the severance package is good, but I've heard they cap it at a week for every year up to 10 weeks. S---s for people like me who have been with the company for longer. The severance plan document available to people leaders does say all benefits terminate the date of severance so that's a little bit more sand in the eye.
Anybody have any more info on what was stated here by @YStzf07-capz ????
