I want to apply for people lead: How do I go about doing this? I work for the company now.

@Z4DgyQe-1qlq. Information about the PL position and how to apply can be found throughout this site and on the front page of the wire. If you believe what the company says about how important this position will be to WM’s future and the high energy, talent and skills required to do the job, there is no way that someone who cannot locate this information on their own should be given an opportunity to do the job. Especially when WM has so many experienced and talented personnel employees who want and need this job. I guarantee they know where to find information about the position how to apply for it. They also spend countless hours each day answering this same question from associates who are too lazy to look it up on their own. It was a kindness to suggest this position might not be a good fit.

Ignore the last snarky responses. It doesn't cost anything to pose a simple answer to a straight question.
If it were me, I'd go to the SM. If you feel like you're getting jerked around by them, call the Market Human Resources Manager. Be ready to learn there's politics involved in the hiring process that will squeeze you out of the runnng---wmart is the worst company I've ever seen about this sh!t.
