It's been over nearly 2 months since the LR (former SVP HR) left and we still don't have a replacement. Honestly, anything will be an improvement over the previous person. CG (VP HR) is a clone of LR - not a compliment!!! Our HR department has to be one of the most unprofessional and inept functions within the energy sector. They are totally clueless and act against the interests of the employees. I don't know of a single person who has something nice to say about HR.

they hired a lady with no upstream experience. Probably does not matter
Except that there is not one person left that is able to lead the HR team in the right way. HR needs new leadership along with most of the other groups at Noble. Sad that this company has gone so far downhill from what it once was.
They need to promote from within
HR is easy! Organize a list of employees by age, eliminate the people with the highest age. SIMPLE!
HR at Noble is only a hatchet crew and unfortunately they love it.
