Thread regarding General Motors layoffs

non-solicit?

I didn't get anything in my separation package regarding non-solicit's. Does anyone here know if there was one as part of our employment agreement upon accepting the job originally? Does GM put no-solicit agreements in their offers? I want to say all of this documentation was in red-carpet, when i onboarded 6 years ago. There's some talented individuals that i'd like to help find greener pastures.

when HP tried to depose 2 directors for mass-exodus, it was thrown out...i can't imagine they have a leg to stand-on

Those things usually aren't enforceable anyway.

Everyone has the right to work where they want.
