P0 and P1 happen unfortunately. It takes $$$ to invest in solutions. Has a RCA for the last P0
s been published? with action items / tasks?

we had a P0 today.. maybe that had something to do with it ?
or that we’ve had 4 P0’s in less than 60 days ?? (although one went unreported).
The "leaders" are failing. Stock price is in the c-apper, stability is worse than ever and they are worried about best work surveys. News flash these are not really anonymous and will probably used to paint layoff targets on the dissidents.
