Hope someone has at least some idea or some logic in which this question could be answered. I believe more than enough people are asking this question.

the HCL id--ts were forced to issue retention bonuses to bribe employees to not jump ship. this was not in their expense plan, so expect them to expedite some of the movement to Guatemala and India possibly sooner than what they had outlined on the 50+ page document.
Dearest HCL - we all know you actively monitor this board. Let me just say that the vast majority of rebadged employees think that you are a collective incompetent joke. You are not liked. Icahn and Xerox management brought you into this mess and they are responsible, yet YOU are the ones ripping the jobs from us and moving them overseas so you are culpable as well. Anyone being nice or cordial to you is just acting. They are silently hoping you get the measles.
The post is about the cores, that's what the poster was asking
It’s not all about the cores!
Well per the 53 page deck I think as soon as phase 1 of cores has their "go live date" which is Sept, I think you'll start seeing the cuts and more and more as phase 2 through 4 happen, Depending on how successful the round 1 goes it will go fast BUT I think HCL is going to find it won't be as easy as they were made to believe and I believe they are going to encounter a lot of issues so who knows for sure.
Xerox Controller and Chief Financial Officer of Americas Operations has been visiting cores dishing out more BS. . It is unbelievable to think this "Wrecking crew" believes they can convince the remaining employees that what they ate doing is best for Xerox. If it were true why is the stock price still at $31.44?
You will be told when any plans have been evaluated and approved.
