Anyone have a clue what the actual policy is? How many call ins, lates, etc before documentation? And steps between each before final etc?

Over 3 years full time employment at Lowe's. Supervisor told us in our morning meeting that the call in policy had changed. Not allowed to call in anymore, instead you have to physically go in and tell them your sick.!!! I asked the question "what if your vomiting?"
My Supervisor said "tie a bag around your neck."
we finally fired a guy with 72 in a rolling 12
I think it depends on if you are liked by manager or not.
Supposedly, after seven “incidents” (and I’m not sure what exactly an “incident” is including, other than late arrivals), you get an “initial” documentation. Then after more “late” incidents, and I’m not sure if it is seven more, then you get a write up, then a final if it continues.
er, um, there is no longer any policy for anything! Ive seen employees threaten other employees and even customers in front of managers and nothing happened!
Ive seen lately employees giving themselves discounted goods. Our lumber associates call out 2x or more a week and its been going on for a year!
Do whatever you want holmes. Everyone else is.
