Any ideas why pre-marketing trading was halted this morning about 6 AM CDT?

Are pink sheet stock prices visible on public portals or can you only see them through one’s brokerage account? Do companies that announce they will make a bankruptcy filing usually get delisted this fast?

Nope, this will remain suspended in perpetuity. At least until the bankruptcy proceedings are complete.
We were told in a company meeting this morning not to buy Weatherford stock or enroll in the Employee Stock Program. Considering trading WFT was halted at six this morning and the meeting was after that, I found it rather hilarious.
Order imbalance. Many more sell orders in than buyers orders. They will be matched up and the stock will open. Drastically lower. Sorry to all who participated in the highly touted ESPP Plan. Your money is gone
