Are more layoffs expected before the results?

Sandpaper... a little here, a little there. Feels a lit like fiscal engineering that took place in the days before TG's exit.

Someone needs to file a collective class action lawsuit against NetApp for abuse of employees in general. Worst scumbag company to work for in the Valley. They know how to play the game and they are ruining lives and don’t care. Just a matter of time before someone takes action. I’d join.

It is suspected that NVidia already made an internal offer to acquire NetApp. Laying off the PS division with Cindy Warner down is a clear sign of where the company is going. They no longer care about the customer experience in general. Terminating Cindy was a clear sign of a new agenda. Most leadership in the trenches are double dipping in other roles resulting in many direct report resources skating by collecting a pay check, but providing little value. I watched this for three years before opting to exit on my own terms shortly before Cindy’s team was impacted. NetApp is a sinking ship. This message board is having messages like these deleted. Sad situation, but the competition is right. NetApp is a sinking ship. When flash sales slow down, NetApp is doomed.
