Are we just going to be laid off immediately or Is that a gradual process in which they are thinking the headcount? Given the situation, do we get any notices or any form of a heads up?

If you’re making lease payments to Uniti, how did they think they would convince a judge they didn’t sale and leaseback. Clearly making lease payments, and pretending they were attacked by a predatory hedge fund.
I’m not a Mensa genius by any stretch, but all I can think of is “Duh”.

They have gotten rid of people in my department. People have left and they are not back filling the positions. I have nothing personal on my desk. I haven't since the lay off because of EarthLink
You know the end is neat when executives ask for 5 million dollar bonuses when the Company is in bankruptcy.
You know the end is near if the company you work for is in bankruptcy.
If they're still hiring and stuff in your department you're ok for a while.
