As my pro supervisor ripped apart the pro area and threw away all samples, books, and necessary items to make sales as per district managers orders, customers were coming up to the desk and ignored! One couple asked to see Trex samples, and as the pro super told them we dont have any, they walked out. The next customer was there to report a delivery issue (been going on daily for a year) and wanted to speak to a manager and the pro super ignored them, was rude after customer persistence, then walked away on them.
More customers came into the store and Pro looking for help and to make sales that all walked out after the same treatment.
Our pro area has nothing now. No ordering books, no samples, no catalogs. It took me 3 hrs to do a quote that usually takes me 15 mins with a book. The digital catalogs dont work because numbers dont work in Genesis.
All corporate and management do is ruin the company. There is no logic or reason, and everything they say or do is dumb AF.
I will tell customers to go see managers now at the pro desk when I dont have samples and cannot help them. I will tell them how dumb corporate is, and to file complaints. Lowe's no longer cares about customers or employees.
