No Sales associate in Sporting Goods at noon on Saturday.....and yet you wonder why sales are suffering.....some things to just CAN’T buy on-line due to federal regulations....SMH

I read an article a few years ago where a Walmart executive said that customers prefer to help themselves. He was promoting the use of automated tech for the stores. I’m sure some people believed him.

I agree, but the customer service button works well with understaffed stores. It will allow employees to cover more than one area.
@ "install customer service button"..... you must have associates scheduled to work for those buttons to work. No associates, no customer service. Walmart has cut hrs to the max and made it nearly impossible to get any help from associates as they have only 1 person covering several depts. Get used to self service at Walmart. That is the future for this company. Customers are no longer top priority.
Walmart should install customer service buttons for each department.
Well Walmart customers, get used to it. Walmart expects you to help yourselves. They dont value the customer anymore. They only care to line the pockets of the top honchos. Good luck getting any help from now on.
